Overview

Char Dham with the valley of flowers Tour takes you to Uttarakhand, a spiritual destination generously blessed by nature. In the valley of flowers, your heart dances with joy at sight, and experiences inner pleasure at the pilgrimage sites in Char Dham. You’ll be able to witness the beauty of the Himaalayan district, as well as visit four pilgrimage sites, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Each of the destinations for the religious pilgrimage are unique in nature, mythology and spirit. While Kedarnath is Lord Shiva dedicated, Badrinath is Lord Vishnu dedicated. Goddess Ganga is worshipped at Gangotri while Goddess Yamuna is worshipped at Yamunotri. At the Valley of Flowers, on the other hand, you get to experience the kind of beauty that the Himalayan region is famous for. It is a place so beautiful that it looks like it had jumped out of your dreams. It stretches over 87 sq., a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location enhances the beauty because the magnificent ranges of Zanskar overlook it. Some visit the region for trekking and photography, while others are looking for complete loneliness The valley also includes around 300 different types of alpine flowers and has a relatively untouched biodiversity. It is best viewed in the monsoon season when the valley is filled with the most beautiful flowers from the marigolds to the primeval ones. This itinerary provides a wonderful mix of spirituality and adventure.
Hemkund lake is a popular pilgrimage site for Hindus and Sikhs near the beautiful Valley of Flowers Sacred Sikh shrine Hemkund Sahib is strengthened along the shores of this meandering lake. This is where the tenth guru Guru of sikhism, Guru Gobind Singh, met with God in his former birth after prolonged meditation. This shrine is near the Temple of Lakshmana, where Lakshmana, Rama’s younger brother, was punished. Thus this shrine is religiously and historically significant for both the Hinduism and Sikhism.

Day 1

Delhi – Haridwar (205 Kms. 6 hrs)

Arrival at Delhi railway station / airport and drive towords Haridwar via Meerut & Roorkee. On arrival check in at hotel. By evening visit the famous Har Ki Peri for Aarti Darshan. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Haridwar – Barkot (5 to 6 hrs) (215 kms)

Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie in the morning after breakfast. Stop for lunch on the way at Mussoorie. Continue your journey and reach Barkot in the evening, on arrival check in to the luxury Swiss tents. Overnight stay.

Day 3

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot 42 kms on the road / trek 6 kms.

After an early breakfast leave for Janki Chatti (drive 42 kms). On arrival at Janki Chatti start your trek to Yamunotri (6 kms one side). On arrival at Yamunotri visit the temple for a Darshan of Goddess Yamuna, pray at the temple and take a holy Achman to start your most sacred pilgrimage tour of Char Dham, after Darshan and Pooja trek back to Janki Chatti in the evening, meet with driver and return to the Barkot, Overnight at the Camp.

Day 4

Barkot – Uttarkashi (130kms/4hr)

Drive to Uttarkashi via Barkot., in rout visit Vishwanath Temple. Check in Hotel. Night Halt.

Day 5

Uttarkashi – Gangotri-Uttarkashi (100 kilometers per hour on both sides)

We go to Gangotri, along the picturesque town of Harsil, the Bhagirathi River and magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 6

Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 kms. Drive 9 – 10 hrs)

After early breakfast drive to Guptkashi. A late lunch is scheduled en route Molgarh/Tilwara/Ghansali On the way, the heritage town of Tehri is steadily sinking into the mighty waters of the Ganges Holy river, as the Tehri Dam was constructed. Start your ride after lunch and see the stunning Mandakini River today for the first time. Travel by the river late in the evening to Guptakashi. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7

Guptakashi – Kedarnath (32 kms Drive, 14 kms trek)

Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund (32 kms drive one way). On arrival at Gaurikund start the journey through zig zag route by walk. Take a break for lunch en route at Rambara and continue trek to reach Sri Kedarnath Temple. On arrival check in to hotel/Tourist Bunglow. After freshening up perform Pooja at the temple and Darshan of Shri Kedarnath. In the evening, visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, overnight stay in the hotel, behind the temple.

Day 8

Kedarnath – Guptkashi

Early morning, after Temple Darshan trek down to Gaurikund /Sonprayag. Later, drive to Guptkashi. Check in Hotel. Night Halt.

Day 9

Guptkashi – Badrinath (165kms/7hr)

Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay.

Day 10

Badrinath – Govind Ghat (40 km / h / 13 km trek) – Ghangahriya.

Pilgrims have the Darshan of Badrivishal early in the morning after having a bath in the Taptkund. Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus) is of Brahamakamal significance. Many locations such as Maná, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorte, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the Saraswati River “Mukh,” are interesting to visit. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Then back to Govindghat and Ghanghariya trek. Later on. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Ghanghariya.

Day 11

Ghangariya – Valley of Flower – Ghangariya (10 km trek)

Early morning after breakfast, you will start your trip to the Flowers Vally (05 km) and discover Brahmal Kamal (Saussurea Obovalata), Himalayas Blue, and witness the rare flora of Himalyan. The hundredth trek down to Ghanghariya (Mecanopsis Adulate) and Poppy. Stay the night.

Day 12

Ghangariya – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangariya (10 km trek)

After breakfast, the morning begins with our trek to Hemkund sahib (05 km Each Way) and leads you to a lax temple and gurudwara of the Guru Govind Singh the 10 guru of shiks he mediated here in his previous Birth. And back to Ghanghariya. Over night stay in hotel or camp.

Day 13

Ghangariya – Govindghat – Pipalkothi (13km trek /40 km drive)

Take your way back to Govinghat and travel to Pipalkothi after morning after Breakfast. On Arr. joshimath, Check in Hotel and camp. Overnight stay.

Day 14

Pipalkothi – Haridwar (250kms/8hr)

morning, after relux breakfast. Drive back to Haridwar. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay. Enroot trips to Rishikesh Local Sight Seeing (Shivananda, Gita Kutir, and Ram Jhulla) Local Sight Seeing. Fly to Haridwar after lunch. Hotel check-in.

Day 15

Haridwar- Delhi (230kms/6hr)

After Breakfast, dep. to Delhi. On Arr. Delhi, Drop at Railway Station/Airport.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
