Day 1
Haridwar – Badrinath (320kms/10hr) Height: 3133 MTS.
The morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath (06:00 Am). Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. For Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus), Brahamakapal is significant. Many popular sightseeing spots such as Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the Saraswati River “Mukh” are available. Just within the three km of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Badrinath one of the ‘Ancient Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name “Badri van”, meaning “forest of berries”.
Tapt Kund : Natural hot springs on the bank of the Alaknanda River, where it is customary to bath before entering the temple of Badrinath.
Mana Village : It is the last Indian village before Tibet, populated by an Indo-Mongolian tribe. it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Vasundhara : Vasundhara is a majestic waterfall, as the name suggests. This place is 5 km. from Badrinath out of which 2 kms. is motorable up to Mana.
Bhim Pul : A massive rock forming a natural bridge lies across the raging Saraswati river on the other side of the village of Mana. It provides a stunning view of the water that thundered through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been put there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): This is a rock-cave near Mana Village where it is believed that Ved Vyas had written the Mahabharata and the pauranic remarks.
Badrinath Weather : The maximum average temperature is around 18 ° Celsius and the minimum average is 8 ° Celsius. Hence, warm and woolen clothes are required for a year-round stay in Badrinath. Snow falls also follow winter in Badrinath. With an average temperature of 5 ° Celsius, winter is very cold. This time is usually closed to visitors due to the extreme climatic conditions.
Day 2
Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag Height: 895 MTS (160kms/7hr).
The morning after breakfast, a driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath on the way to Narsingh Temple in Joshimath. Check into the hotel’s arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Joshimath is located on the slopes above the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga River confluence Of the four ‘Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. The idol is brought down to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many other temples in the township. The most important is the temple of Nir Singh with the idol of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is getting destroyed with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri.
Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River. It is a confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag.
Rudraprayag Weather – Generally hot in summer, the temperature ranges from 35-40 degrees Celsius, Winter: The Days are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold, temp ranges from 20 deg to 05 deg.
Day 3
Rudraprayag – Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr).
The morning after breakfast, drop at Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Later visit Rishikesh Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost
- 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
