Overview

Kedarnath is an amazing sight right in the middle of a wide flat landscape, with huge mountains covered with snow. The Kedarnath temple, which was founded by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century, is located close to a site of a former Pandavan temple. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. You will observe Nandi Bull’s large statue as a guard outside the temple. It is a major highlight of the temple. Another important element in the Temple is its interior, which portrays mythological scenes and figures of different gods. The “Kedarnath Yatra From Haridwar” tour package begins in Haridwar & is a 19-km walk from Sonpryag to Kedarnath. The entire tour brings visitors to an endless mixture of religion, holiness and natural beauty.

Day 1

Delhi – Haridwar (205 Kms. 06 Hrs)

Arrival at Delhi railway station / airport and drive towords Haridwar via Meerut & Roorkee. On arrival check in at hotel. By evening visit the famous Har Ki Peri for Aarti Darshan. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Haridwar – Guptkashi (210kms/ 7hr) Height: 1319 MTS.

Morning after breakfast departure for Kedarnath dham. Enjoy Kedarnath Darshan. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
By Helicopter: In the morning, your prebook Helipad will be transferred to you. You should tell the driver if it’s by helicopter or on the road, so the driver can collect you.
(Note: this package does not contain helicopter tickets).

By Trek: Morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to take local jeep for Gaurikund & then your trek strat for kedarnath ji. After darshan you follow same & back to Sonpraag. The car park is a big problem, therefore if his touch no, he will return to another palace.
Kedarnath: The Kedarnath Shrine is a scenic location in the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of the Lord Shiva. Day 03: Kedarnath- Guptkashi
Morning after darshan, back to Guptkashi, by Trek or helicopter. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4

Guptkashi – Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr)

Morning after breakfast, drive back to Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh’s ‘ place of the Sages ‘ is a well-known holy city on the bank of the Ganga and three sides of the Himalayas are surrounded by Shivalik Range. Rishikesh is said to have been regarded as the Rishi when Raibhya Rishi made tough penance. God appeared in the form of “Hrishikesh Further visits of Laxman Jhulla, Ram, Rischikesh Temples and Sight Seeing. Evening Drop at railway station.

Day 5

Haridwar – Delhi (220Kms / 6-7hr) Height: 310 MTS.

Morning after breakfast, drive for Delhi. Dropping at Delhi airport / station.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 day to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
